Bought this as a Father’s Day Gift, arrived much later than expected. The hat was simply wrapped in plastic, so the brim is warped and does not lay flat. I have tried to place things on it to straighten it out, but I may be returning it.

The item arrived in very bad condition. The brim was not creased but bent to an odd shape. The crown had strange “dimples” on its shape. Instructions were clear in that the item should not be ironed but in fact using a steam iron was the only way I could provide the hat with a usable shape, using the iron in both the brim and the crown.
Having done that, put the effort into it, I ended up with a nice, white, wool hat.

Yes I am pleased with the Forbusite style fedora. I am a long time wearer of fedoras, so when I saw this hat it was what I was seeking. The wider brim, wool, flexible and price sold me, after receiving hat I saw the quality was very good and hat will last me a long time. As a satisfied customer I will be purchasing more in future.
